REQUIREMENTS FOR PASSPORT CERTIFICATION
(1) Personal appearance of the applicant. (Children 8 years old and below, and elderly 65 years old and above are exempted from appearing personally.)
(2) Duly accomplished application form for passport certification.
(3) Passport and photocopy of the first and last pages of the passport. (Entries in the certification will be based on the passport records of the applicant, not on the passport presented.)
(4) Two (2) passport size pictures.
PROCESSING FEE AND DURATION
The processing fee is P100.00. Processing takes two (2) working days.

Please take note that the following countries usually require passport certifications:

Passport certifications are issued only for the old green passports, not for the new Machine Readable Passports.
